Gifty Anti says parliament is not in her plans for the next 5 years

Multiple award-winning TV Host, Gifty Anti last week made an appearance on The KSM Show where she set records straight on her supposed NPP parliamentary ambition, her TV talk show, her relationships, resignation from GBC and more.

On her MP ambitions, she revealed that, “I woke up one Tuesday morning and congratulation messages were just flowing in-and-out; calls from the high and mighty in the society, from radio and TV stations, indeed it was just something else. Fine, I champion the course of getting more women  into parliament but that’s not in my plans for the next 5 years.”

She added,“Truth be told, I knew absolutely nothing about the whole NPP stuff, I was clueless, I don’t know anything about it.”

On why she  resigned from GBC after 17 years to  concentrate on her own show, ‘The Standpoint’, she disclosed: “The scope of the work is becoming bigger and wider, I have to travel outside Accra to do other missions and more. At GBC, there were restrictions, and I wasn’t able to give off my best, so I had no option than to resign and concentrate on my own show.”

Gifty Anti also disclosed that she is now 45 years old but not that desperate to get married but she is seriously hooked up, and wedding bells might start ringing soon.
